Mobile CRM+ for MS Dynamics CRM Online

Mobile CRM+ is a Mobile smart client that works with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Online) and 365 Server hosted by Microsoft.

Mobile CRM+ gives you full access to your Dynamics CRM 365 Sales and Service such as leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, services, cases in an easy to use mobile interface. It works directly with your Dynamics CRM server account and can be used in both online and offline mode.

In addition to the usual information browsing, creating and editing features, Mobile CRM+ provides integration with the various native device applications that makes it easy for you to create new entities e.g. make outgoing phone calls, send SMS, Send emails. It also saves you time in entering information using the device microphone and camera.

*Batch download:* When you travel, if you anticipate internet connection will not be available, you can select Batch download option which will download and store your CRM information locally in secured manner and you can access them even without internet connection.

*Offline Mode:* When you do not have internet connection, you can still create and edit information and they will get synced with the CRM server once Internet connection is available.

*Audio & Camera:* Microphone and Camera is integrated for you to attach Audio, Picture and Video to notes

Mobile CRM+ is available as an in-app subscription with ‘Monthly subscription to All Features’ at $4.99 per month or ‘Yearly subscription to All features’ at $39.99 per year. A free trial period of 7 days is provided for Monthly and a free subscription of 1 month is provided for Yearly subscription. The Subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current period otherwise $4.99 for Monthly Subscription or $39.99 for Yearly Subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account within 24-hours prior to the end of current period. Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
